Security Operations Manager, Washington

The Security Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all security operations, including planning missions, coordinating with local authorities, and managing a team of security professionals. This role involves strategic planning, risk assessment, and ensuring the safety and security of personnel and assets in high-risk environments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Special Forces
  • Proven leadership experience in high-risk environments
  • In-depth knowledge of security protocols and risk assessment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement security strategies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must successfully complete and meet company standards for background checks, reference checks, drug testing, and a behavioral selection survey.
  • Must be at least 23 years of age.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
  • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • Must have applicable state and local license/permits to carry a concealed firearm.
  • At least 5 years of executive protection experience including advance planning, surveillance, and counter-surveillance operations and security driving for high net-worth clients.
  • Defensive driving tactics training/experience.
  • Prior international experience is preferred, as it demonstrates an ability to adapt to different cultures and work environments.

Working Conditions:

  • Requires physical and mental capacity to perform all essential functions. This role involves frequent sitting, standing, and walking, and may also include climbing stairs, walking up inclines, and navigating uneven terrain.
  • Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, drug testing, and behavioral selection survey.
  • Maintain composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public under conditions of urgency and pressure situations.

The Close Protection Officer is responsible for providing personal security to VIPs and high-profile individuals. This role involves advance planning, surveillance, counter-surveillance, and ensuring the safety of clients through proactive and reactive measures.

Requirements:

  • Special Forces training with a focus on close protection
  • Certified Close Protection Specialist (CPS)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in personal security
  • Excellent situational awareness and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in defensive driving and evasive maneuvers

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires physical and mental capacity to perform all essential functions. This role involves frequent sitting, standing, and walking, and may also include climbing stairs, walking up inclines, and navigating uneven terrain.
